This home rents off-season for $300 per night plus a $7% sales tax and a 5% lodging tax. It rents for $350 per night plus tax for reunion and graduation weekends and Memorial Day through Labor Day.. This home has a 3-night minimum stay. It is also available for long term stays at $1,200 per month plus utilities for school year tenants. Guests are responsible for paying for the housekeeping at the end of the stay.
