Along with the living room, porch and 1 bath are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is an enclosed breezeway where a pet might be made comfortable. Amenities include pier, screened porch, deck, shaded front yard, level ground to the lake. No smoking please. The home is expected to be cleaned at the end of the stay and is paid for by the tenant. This home is only available in June and August and rents for $300 per night plus 7% sales tax and a 5% Marshall Co. lodging tax. Three night minimum stay. One pet (no cats) is welcome at no extra cost. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 30- day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the reservation deposit will be refunded. The reservation/security deposit is $500.
