This home rents for $800 for 3 nights and includes the guest house. It rents for $1800 for weekly stays. Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 21-day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the deposit will be refunded. The reservation/security deposit for this home is $250.
