The second floor has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a king bed, two others have queen beds and one has 2 full beds. Beautifully appointed rooms with wonderful views.

This home has central air, the owners offer the use of the washer and dryer and a boatlift is available for $175. It would hold a V-hull boat or sailboat. There is to be no smoking or pets in this home. The home is expected to be cleaned at the end of the stay and is paid for by the tenant. Housekeeping is prearranged. This home rents for $575 per night with 3 night minimum stays for May, June and August and weekly stays during July. Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 21-day period the rental amount is forfeited, (unless able to rerent) but the deposit will be refunded.
