Lovely cape cod home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a powder room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and double bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with the powder room connected to this bedroom.

This home has a nice kitchen with a lovely dining room. There is a patio on the lakeside with a large yard. A beautiful sandy beach is perfect for children. This home has central air.

There is to be no smoking or pets in this home. The home is expected to be cleaned at the end of the stay and is paid for by the tenant. Aloha realty, Inc. can help to arrange housekeeping.

This home has a 3 night minimum stay. It rents for $325 per night. Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 21-day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the reservation deposit will be refunded. The reservation deposit for this cottage is $325.
