with bunk beds. This cottage is quite comfortable and has a beautiful view and a nice sandy beach. Pier is included and the boat lift is available.

There is a nice shady yard with this home. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms – no air conditioning. There is a tub with hand held shower. Immaculate home. No smoking or pets please. The home is expected to be cleaned at the end of the stay and is paid for by the tenant. We can help to arrange housekeeping.

This home is available in July and possibly the first week of August. The home is available nightly for $245. Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 21 day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the reservation deposit will be

refunded. The reservation/security deposit is $245. The boat lift is available for “weekly stays” for $125 per week.
