This home has a 3 night minimum stay. It rents for $225 per night. Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation/security deposit is due at the time the contract is written. The reservation deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is canceled during the 21- day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the reservation deposit will be refunded. The reservation/security deposit is $225.
