The upper floor has 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping porch and a full bath shared by the upper floor guests.  The home is done in lovely antiques and has a gracious décor.  The yard is immaculately manicured.  There are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in this home.

This home is more for adult guests. The tenant is expected to leave the home as nicely as they receive it and is to be cleaned at the end of the stay and paid for by the tenant. The housekeeping charge is $200. No smoking or pets please.  Maximum number of occupants is 12.

This home is available for 3 night minimum stays for academy events and rents for $1000 a night.  Summer weekly rentals are available.  Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival.  The res./sec. dep. is due at the time the contract is written.  The res. dep. will be refunded if canceled 2 mo. prior to arrival.   After 2 mos. The res. dep. is forfeited.  If the res. is canceled during the 21-day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the res. dep. will be refunded.  The res./sec. deposit is $1000.
