This home has a tremendous view as it sits up on a hill. A lovely deck facing the lake makes for wonderful entertaining. There are graceful steps leading to the lake. The cottage also has a wonderful big screen porch to relax and enjoy the sounds of the lake. There is a large kitchen with eat in area, great butler pantry, big dining room and a wonderful sunroom. The first floor also has 2 big bedrooms and a full bath with shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king sized bed. There are 2 more bathrooms..one with a shower the other a tub. Also 3 more additional bedrooms besides the master. Two bedrooms have a double and a twin bed and the other has 4 twin beds.

There are no pets or smoking allowed in this home. The tenant is expected to leave the home clean at the end of the stay and housekeeping is paid by the tenant. The housekeeping charge for this home is approximately $200.

This home has several rental options. For a summer rental the weekly rate is $4000. It is also a weekly stay for Culver Academy graduation and the rent is $4000. Alumni rental is a 4 night minimum stay at $550 per night. The non summer rent is a 3 night minimum stay for $550 per night. The owner would also entertain a whole summer rental from June 4 – Aug 27th. The weekly rate is $4000 with a 20% discount from the total rent. The summer tenant would be responsible for the utilities, but the owner would maintain the yard. No more than 12 people to occupy the home.
