The lovely cottage is tastefully decorated with antiques and cottage memorabilia. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths plus 2 bedrooms and full bath in the garage apartment. The home has a relaxing screened porch off the kitchen and outstanding views from the lakeside. There is also a great place to sit on the boathouse patio near the lake. No steps to the lake.

This home is NON SMOKING AND NO PETS! Maximum of 10 people allowed. This home has internet service, AC, cable TV. The home rents for $525 per night in the summer. Different rates for reunion and graduation weekends. The rent is due 21 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $525 is due at time of signing the lease. The tenant is responsible for housekeeping at the end of the stay… aproximately $100 to $150.

restaurants, the theater, enjoy the park.  There is a great view of the lake from the large porch.  The home has 3 bedrooms—2 with full beds and one with 2 twins together, 1 full bath, large living room, dining room and nice kitchen.  The porch has an air conditioner, but the rest of the home is not air-conditioned.

NO SMOKING OR PETS PLEASE.  The home is expected to be cleaned at the end of the stay and is paid for by the tenant.  Aloha Realty can help to arrange housekeeping.
The home is available for 2 – 3 night minimum stays and is $125 per night or weekly stays are $800 per week.  Maximum number of people in this home is 6.  Payment in full is expected 21 days prior to arrival.  The reservation/security deposit will be refunded if canceled 2 months prior to arrival; after 2 months the reservation deposit is forfeited.  If the reservation is canceled during the 21-day period, the rental amount is forfeited, but the reservation deposit will be refunded.  All monies would be refunded if a new tenant can be secured for the rental time.  The reservation/security deposit is $125.

Culver, Indiana, located on beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee, is home to the world famous Culver Academies.  The Culver Academies are situated on the north shore of the lake and are home to students from all over the world studying in grades nine through twelve. There are numerous events scheduled throughout the year for both the Culver Girl’s Academy, the Culver Military Academy and also the Culver Summer School Program.  Some of these events include Parents Weekend, both in the Fall and in the Spring, Alumni Weekends for both the Winter School and Summer School Programs, with the Graduation  activities at the culminations of the school year.  Along with these special weekends, there are numerous sporting events for the students, some of which include football, lacrosse, basketball, hockey and polo, and not forgeting the weekly dress parades.  These events bring in many parents and families wanting to share these times with their children.
 
 As Culver is a very small community, lodging can sometimes be hard to find without the families driving for long distances.  Many families in the Culver area and lake residents have offered to rent their homes out for these special occasions.
