Aloha Culver Friends!
I hope this message finds you all enjoying mid winter and good health! We have had a really decent winter here in Culver. We have had our cold, but not too bad. Had the snow, but not too much! And now it is beginning to take on a “February Thaw” feel. I am watching for robins!
I have been busy helping at our Culver Center for History museum at the library. As you know, this is sponsored by the Antiquarian and Historical Society. If you have not been to the museum you should put it on a “must see” for you and your friends. Right now there is a fantastic display on Lincoln plus a Tri Kappa display, basketball in Culver, ice house display and the Indians. It is really remarkable to think we have this wonderful center in our town. Also, the Academy museum and gift store has opened where Mary’s Shoppe used to be. It is terrific, too. The displays are always changing so one must make frequent trips to both places.
Well….something new to check out when everyone returns for lake fun! Please return safely to our wonderful corner of the world!
