I have a 4 bedroom, 1 bath, with 2 car garage on one acre. House needs work but has potential. Located between Burr Oak and State Rd. 8 on 17. I can’t afford the payments and would like to sell ASAP. I’m not sure what my options are at this point and would really appreciate your input. Thanks!
